Beach Company out of Charleston plans to start another downtown Greenville North Main project

Beach Comapny out of Charleston plans to start another downtown Greenville project with a 4.5-acre empty property at the corner of North Main Street and Stone Avenue that they have under contract.  This is not for for the parcel on South Church Street near The Brio Condos that New City did which will be breaking ground next month if all plans stay on track for shops and retail along Church Street. This gives the Beach company two very visible locations in great downtown to expand their developments in the upstate.
