Greenville housing inventory continues its inventory trend downward, home sales increased for the fourth consecutive month in August 2012. This is big news for the Upstate area and sales are up over this time last year for Upstate and Greenville SC Real Estate. It may not be to long before we are into a sellers market again for Greenville homes.
