National Association of Realtors says home sales should be the best in the last 5 years!

National Association of Realtors says home sales are increasing great news for Greenville, SC Real Estate.

The National Association of Realtors is predicting that existing-home sales will rise 7 to 10 percent in the year of 2012 this would be the highest level of home sales in five years, since the U.S. has seen higher real estate sales so far this year.

Pending home sales fell 0.5 percent from January 2012 to February 2012, which was still an increase of 9.2 percent from the same time a year ago. This is encouraging news for the real estate market across the U.S.

NAR also reported  that existing-home sales were down 0.9 percent from January 2012 to February 2012, but still had an increase of 8.8 percent from a year ago. That being said it looks like real estate sales are on a upswing and active home inventory is going down. This appears to the case in the Greenville real estate market as well right now.
