There will be another downtown Greenville apartment project coming on board soon for 100 units near Camperdown and Rhett Street.

This will be a 5 story building that will sit above Falls Park and behind Chicroa Alley on a 30 foot high vantage point above the Reedy River. It will be near the new mix used building that was just finished that has 40 apartments in that project that have already been leased. The developer says that the downtown Greenville market can support another 300 apartments after a market study that was recently completed on downtown Greenville. This project if it gets funding will cost 13-15 Million to complete and take about a year for construction. This site will have some nice downtown views from the upper floors.
